Array is so far a 10/10!! The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a really modern feel. I love the large windows and all the natural light, and the layout gives me plenty of room to actually make the space my own. The community has been quiet, clean, and well kept, and everything has felt comfortable since moving in. The views are great, and having quick highway access is definitely a plus too. So far, I’m extremely happy I chose Array!

I have had a wonderful experience with Array Apartments. The leasing team was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating throughout the application and lease process. They made everything easy to understand and were always willing to answer questions. The apartment community itself is peaceful, quiet, and cozy, making it a great place to come home to after a busy day. I highly recommend Array Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Part 2: Otherwise, this property is well maintenance and secure. With accommodating amenities which are a very nice bonus to have-I do enjoy the "parcels plus service"! Kudos for implementing the parking passes, this has made a world of difference - a win! Any issues I have brought to the staff , they all make the effort to find a solution -I really do appreciate this. I would overall recommend this property! Part 1: Thanks Noah for all the assistance. Office staff is friendly. However the weed smoke is a huge dissatisfaction in this building! I have a child that has asthma- and quite frankly I don’t like the smell in my apartment -it stinks. I do not smoke anything and I’m forced to have this smell fill the apartment and hallway area. I signed a lease with the belief that no smoking was allowed inside the building. We are all adults, live your best life, however being considerate of others in a community as such is appropriate . I have expressed my concerns already and it continues.

We’ve been in our apartment for 2 and a half months and we love it . The community is nice, clean and quiet . The neighbors are pleasant and they host a lot of community events . The office staff is great and always greets with a smile . Amenities are an extra plus .

I’m extremely pleased with my decision to move here to Array! The 2 bedroom floor plan I have is perfect, and the property manager Mrs. Lauren Isaac definitely handles her business and knows what she’s doing! The maintenance staff are awesome and have always taken great care of the apartment whenever needed! I've been here for a month and love it so far. The reviews from past/previous tenants were a bit scary while I was apartment shopping so I was waiting to review. Everything is great and staff is very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. There's a plethora of amenities but my favorite has been the valet trash and walk in closets. Don't let the past bad reviews scare you! Anyways thanks Array for making my first apartment experience after college the best ever. :)

I had an issue with my stove and maintenance came to address it in less than 24 hours of putting in the maintenance request. I even got a call from the property manager offering to order food for me due to the inconvenience of not being able to fully use my stove. I moved in less than a week ago and I’m already impressed by the staff and their willingness to make things right! Update: 1/7/25 Unfortunately after the change in management, frequent emails are sent in a somewhat passive-aggressive manner at least every other week, billing and rent statements have been inaccurate on more than one occasion, snow removal has been inadequate so far this winter, the gym is not cleaned well, and there seems to be an overall disconnect between the office staff/management and residents. To be fair, there have been events hosted in an attempt to receive resident feedback and to meet the staff, but I feel the respect of residents has been lost. Overall this is not a bad place to live, but I will not be renewing my lease.

I put an application for an apartment in Array back in April ( 7 months before opening) for the perfect location and amenities. Little I knew that Array will also have the nicest and kindest community team. I have met with Ashleigh, Heather, and Ashley and they have all been nice and sweet. Ashleigh has been the best community manager I have ever had. She’s passionate about what she’s doing and welling to do anything to help the residents. The apartments here are clean and spacious too. Can’t wait to move in! Update (November 3rd 2023): We moved in about two weeks ago and had our first community event for Halloween!. We also met with Michelle, facility maintenance manager, and she’s super nice and very attentive to any request. Thank you so much Array team for the wonderful community you’re offering us!
