I’m extremely pleased with my decision to move here to Array! The 2 bedroom floor plan I have is perfect, and the property manager Mrs. Lauren Isaac definitely handles her business and knows what she’s doing! The maintenance staff are awesome and have always taken great care of the apartment whenever needed! I definitely recommend this community for anyone looking for a great, new apartment living experience!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Noah. From the very first conversation, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Noah took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how small, and made the entire leasing process feel smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it was offering detailed explanations about the amenities, walking me through the application step-by-step, or ensuring I felt completely confident in my decision, Noah made me feel valued and supported throughout. The entire staff at Array has been just as welcoming and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and take pride in creating a positive community experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received. If you’re considering moving to Array, I highly recommend reaching out to Noah made all the difference! Side note: I was able to see Noah and Austin work together…they are a HILARIOUS duo!!

My non-emergency work order was lucky enough to get completed on a Saturday. Staff was very gracious about adding it to schedule. I appreciate it because I would’ve never been able to replace the battery in smoke detector

I've been here for a month and love it so far. The reviews from past/previous tenants were a bit scary while I was apartment shopping so I was waiting to review. Everything is great and staff is very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. There's a plethora of amenities but my favorite has been the valet trash and walk in closets. Don't let the past bad reviews scare you! Anyways thanks Array for making my first apartment experience after college the best ever. :)

I had an issue with my stove and maintenance came to address it in less than 24 hours of putting in the maintenance request. I even got a call from the property manager offering to order food for me due to the inconvenience of not being able to fully use my stove. I moved in less than a week ago and I’m already impressed by the staff and their willingness to make things right! Update: 1/7/25 Unfortunately after the change in management, frequent emails are sent in a somewhat passive-aggressive manner at least every other week, billing and rent statements have been inaccurate on more than one occasion, snow removal has been inadequate so far this winter, the gym is not cleaned well, and there seems to be an overall disconnect between the office staff/management and residents. To be fair, there have been events hosted in an attempt to receive resident feedback and to meet the staff, but I feel the respect of residents has been lost. Overall this is not a bad place to live, but I will not be renewing my lease.

I put an application for an apartment in Array back in April ( 7 months before opening) for the perfect location and amenities. Little I knew that Array will also have the nicest and kindest community team. I have met with Ashleigh, Heather, and Ashley and they have all been nice and sweet. Ashleigh has been the best community manager I have ever had. She’s passionate about what she’s doing and welling to do anything to help the residents. The apartments here are clean and spacious too. Can’t wait to move in! Update (November 3rd 2023): We moved in about two weeks ago and had our first community event for Halloween!. We also met with Michelle, facility maintenance manager, and she’s super nice and very attentive to any request. Thank you so much Array team for the wonderful community you’re offering us!
